All images were captured between 2002 and 2022 with various film and digital Nikon cameras. Every photograph is of a singular place in time. My feet were on the ground, there was no compositing, nothing was added and nothing was removed. Nor was anything arranged. However, exposure and color corrections were made extensively. Still, all the light and textures are as experienced and as real as you may experience for yourself while these places remain.

Please, take your time. Be patient. I spent years among these vistas and hours at any one place watching it reveal itself. Geometry and detail made themselves apparent slowly. These places are experiences, not pictures. The sole purpose of the photographs is to share that intimate experience, and for you too, to feel your boots planted, and exquisitely alone.
